Here you will find the organization, the standard of communication and the principles that each community participant undertakes to comply with and follow.
Remember that the community is a place to connect with other professionals or those who are curious about cybersecurity, so ask questions, share information and keep up to date with the world of CTI.
This is a co-created place with community users. We encourage you all to live this space by starting conversations, answering questions, joining discussions and giving feedback. Let's grow the community together?
Introduction
All professionals participating in the community are part of a group and are therefore responsible for following our rules, as well as contributing positively to the discussions promoted by the other members.
This document defines our Code of Conduct with the aim of ensuring that we can cooperate efficiently and transparently in an open and inspiring environment.
The aim of this community is to provide a safe environment in which information can be shared, with the guarantee that members are professionals who are known and qualified to receive information and contribute to the debate. At Threat Intel, the ability to share information is the secret that makes us better prepared to deal with threats.
Our gold standard
Examples of behavior that contribute to a positive environment:
Use positive language and non-violent communication;
Being respectful of different opinions, points of view and experiences;
Giving and receiving feedback;
Focus on what is best for the community;
Show empathy and cordiality with other members;
Sharing content that is relevant to the community.
Examples of unacceptable behavior:
Using sexual connotations;
Using the groups to discuss political issues - we know the subject is important, but this is not the community to discuss it;
Public and/or private insults or harassment;
Using or disclosing private information to third parties, such as sharing group members' cell phone numbers, without proper authorization;
Approaching group participants for commercial purposes or to seek employment;
Quoting or pasting prints of conversations within the groups;
Any other unprofessional behavior;
Spammer or direct marketer behavior - light self-promotion is acceptable but please avoid promoting your business. Participate organically. If you bring value, members will want to get to know you better.
Our responsibility
Our team, represented by our Community Manager, will be responsible for clarifying community behaviors considered inappropriate, whenever we identify them. We will approach members privately to reinforce our policy. If the behavior is repeated, we will take fair and necessary action. This could mean a permanent ban from the community.
Reporting
If you find a violation of our Code of Conduct, please contact us at comunidade@axur.com. All messages will be analyzed, maintaining the strictest rule of confidentiality. Whenever possible, include a screenshot of the conversation.
Confidentiality of information
Any and all information shared in the group is considered confidential, except when the sender classifies the information as public or shareable. If in doubt, ask the sender if the information can be shared, but always consider that, in the absence of an answer, the information should continue to be treated as private.
By accepting our Code of Conduct, you agree to preserve the confidentiality of the information you receive and understand that this group - made up of professionals from the cybersecurity industry - uses data confidentiality as one of its main pillars.
Any leaks of information will be investigated and the members involved may be held civilly or criminally liable.
Participation and Group
Participation in most groups is open, except for the management and specific markets groups. In these groups, vendors do not participate!
Privacy clause of the community Code of Conduct
The WhatsApp community is a space dedicated to professionals in the cybersecurity sector and related areas, providing an environment for collaboration, information sharing, and networking. To participate, members provide certain personal data, such as:
First name
Last name
Corporate email
Company name
Phone number
LinkedIn profile
This data is processed based on the consent provided at the time of registration on Axur's official website. This data is used to identify participants, facilitate communication and community management, as well as promote events, relevant discussions, and confirm user identity.
Opting out of the community is performed by the participant themselves by leaving the WhatsApp group, but this does not automatically delete their data from the database. If the participant wishes to request the deletion of their personal data and/or exercise other rights established by the LGPD, they must contact Axur's Data Protection Officer (DPO) directly via the email privacy@axur.com.
Similarly, the removal of a participant from the community for violating the rules established in the Community Code of Conduct does not result in the immediate deletion of the provided data; it is necessary to follow the same formal request procedure with the DPO to ensure the deletion of the data.
For more information about privacy and the processing of personal data by Axur, please access our Privacy Policy. By joining the Axur Community, the user formally adheres to the Privacy Policy.
